Processing time

Each item is processed by hand. Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items will ship within 3 days of placing order.

We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous US states.  For international shipping fees, please contact so we can provide you with a quote on cost.

Returns & exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges if there is a problem with the order.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

We do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged or defective.  We do not accept cancellations.  Please contact us if there are problems with your order and we will do our best to fix the issue. 

If a return or exchange is necessary,
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
